I started sewing Canoe Packs for a summer camp in the Boundary Waters of Northern Minnesota in 2002. Now I make luggage, messenger bags, shoulder bags, canoe packs, and more out of my apartment in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This backpack is named in homage to the Swedish Kånken backpack, which it resembles. It is a compact backpack with a front pocket, inside slash pocket for papers or tablets, and inside pen pocket.

This is a high-quality classic duffel bag with two end pockets and a u-shaped top zip. All cordura construction with nickel hardware, YKK zippers, and a stiff bottom. All inside seams are finished. Take it to the gym or on a trip.

These messenger bags are made one at a time, by hand, by me. Designed to fit well and look unique, this is the style that I use everyday on my commute.

I wanted to bring box wine on a camping trip but didn’t want to bring the box. So I made this bag. Each bag fits a 3L box wine bladder.
